- Contribute to product design decisions and overall direction

- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers on the Android team

Required
- 2+ years of experience in mobile engineering
- Strong Kotlin expertise with Jetpack Compose and modern Android architecture (MVVM / Clean Architecture)
- Hands-on experience building and shipping consumer-facing mobile apps (B2C experience is a must)
- Experience with backend data formats and APIs common in mobile apps, including protobufs, REST, and gRPC
- Experience integrating Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore/Realtime Database, Cloud Messaging)
- Proficiency with Android testing strategies (unit and instrumentation/UI tests) and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile
- Strong communication skills and a track record of cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
