We’re Hiring: HR, Recruitment & Operations Specialist – Maternity Leave Replacement

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Operations Specialist to support our team during a maternity leave period, with the potential to extend or grow into a longer-term role. You’ll be the kind of person who notices what needs to happen, follows through, and helps people and processes move smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: posting roles, sourcing candidates, coordinating and conducting screening interviews.
- Operations support: business travel logistics, birthday & special occasion gifts, expenses, bill filing, certification vouchers, etc.
- Handle contracts, onboarding & off-boarding processes
- Coordinate equipment supply & shipping
- Act as a general admin resource for the engineering team, supporting their varied operational needs.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in HR/operations support, especially in remote or distributed environments.
- Proven experience in recruiting (using LinkedIn Recruiter is a bonus!)
- Fluent English is a must - high proficiency in writing, reading, and speaking
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities—recruiting, admin tasks, and logistics—with attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy: able to work with communication tools like Slack and standard HR/operations systems.
- A proactive, organized, and communicative mindset—driven to drive operations smoothly in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.
