What You Will Be Doing:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend and full-stack applications.
• Build robust solutions using technologies such as Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, Node.js, Android, and iOS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following modern engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for performance and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning.
• Contribute throughout the software development lifecycle, from design to deployment.
• Maintain clear and professional communication across distributed teams.

What We Are Looking For:

• 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong expertise in one or more of the following: Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, Node.js, Android, iOS, or full-stack development.
• Experience building scalable and maintainable software systems.
• Familiarity with remote, agile, and collaborative development environments.
• Experience with version control systems, modern development tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in remote settings.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
