Upstart AEC is hiring a full-time, fully remote AI-native Growth Operator to help scale distribution, pipeline generation, experimentation, and GTM leverage across the business. This is not a traditional marketing manager role. We are looking for someone highly resourceful, commercially sharp, AI-obsessed, and capable of moving extremely fast with minimal handholding.
The ideal candidate has startup or founder-level energy, operates with high ownership, and thinks in systems, automation, leverage, and speed. This person should be comfortable working in ambiguity, testing rapidly, and prioritizing execution over perfectionism. This role is directly responsible for accelerating pipeline growth, distribution, experimentation velocity, and revenue outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish high-volume content across channels including LinkedIn, founder content, short-form clips, case studies, and AI-focused educational content
- Create and manage AI-generated video content using modern AI tooling Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and retargeting platforms
- Build and manage outbound and growth automation systems
- Support outbound campaigns and pipeline generation initiatives Launch landing pages quickly or coordinate freelancers/agencies to execute efficiently
- Continuously test messaging, positioning, funnels, outbound systems, and GTM experiments Move quickly, iterate rapidly, and execute without excessive structure or oversight
- Operate with a strong commercial mindset focused on pipeline and revenue impact

Required Skills
- Experience working with or marketing to U.S. B2B customers

- Experience with tools such as: ChatGPT Claude Clay Apollo n8n or Zapier AI video tools including HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway, Veo, or CapCut
- Enrichment and scraping tools Workflow automation systems
