Role overview
Algoworks is looking for an experienced Lead Recruiter – USA to manage end-to-end hiring for the North America region. The role involves handling technical and non-technical recruitment, driving sourcing strategies, partnering with hiring managers and ensuring timely closures with quality hiring standards. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in US recruitment, stakeholder management and candidate engagement in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based technical and non-technical positions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring requirements, team structures and skill expectations.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, networking, referrals and talent communities.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, offer discussions and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality-of-hire and offer-to-join ratio, along with maintaining recruitment trackers and hiring reports.
- Handle salary negotiations and successfully close offers within defined timelines while providing regular pipeline updates to leadership teams.
- Stay updated with US hiring trends, market intelligence and competitor practices and support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives for the US market.

Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong experience in hiring for IT, Engineering, Product, Cloud and other technical roles.
- Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques and major job portals.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle and hiring methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and hiring manager coordination skills.
Must have skills:
