This is an opportunity to build, shape, and elevate multiple brands at different stages of growth — from enterprise positioning and thought leadership through to modern growth marketing, launch strategy, demand generation, and category creation within AI and data-driven technology markets.
We are seeking a commercially minded, creatively driven Head of Marketing and a mid/senior-level marketing expert who can act as the deputy head of marketing and who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants genuine ownership, influence, and visibility.

- Location: Fully Remote (US)
- HQs: Los Angeles, CA, New York and Miami (& Dallas, Texas in Q3)
- Compensation: Varied depending on seniority, but ranges from $85,000-215,000 base salary + 5%-200% bonus + equity awarded after 1 year

Key Skills & Experience Desired:
- Proven experience leading marketing within AI, SaaS, technology, data, digital transformation, or innovation-led businesses
- Strong understanding of both modern and traditional marketing disciplines
- Expertise across brand strategy, demand generation, growth marketing, content, campaign management, and commercial positioning
- Experience supporting multiple business units, brands, or product lines simultaneously
- Strong digital marketing capability including paid media, social strategy, SEO, email marketing, analytics, CRM, automation, and performance optimisation
- Ability to create executive-level messaging, thought leadership, and market positioning for corporate audiences
- Experience supporting scale-up or high-growth environments where speed, adaptability, and creativity are essential
- Comfortable operating strategically while remaining hands-on when required
- Strong stakeholder management skills across leadership, commercial teams, product, and external partners
- Ability to build and mentor marketing talent, including developing the existing Marketing Assistant into a high-performing future leader
