At KoRo, we’re looking for a hands-on Packaging Designer / Artworker (m/f/d) to join our creative team for a 1-year fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both the creative and technical sides of design – from developing packaging concepts to ensuring flawless print execution. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team and play a key role in bringing our products to life visually. Your Responsibilities
- Bring our products to life by creating new packaging designs and adapting existing ones within our design system
- Retouch product photography and prepare clean, print-ready files (incl. Flexo printing)
- Create high-quality digital packshots for use across our channels
- Identify and solve printing or production issues together with internal and external partners
- Ensure consistency and high quality across all packaging assets

- You have at least 3+ year of experience in packaging design or a similar role.
- You’re confident working with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and have strong skills in retouching and artwork production (experience with AI workflows is a plus).
- You understand printing techniques and how to achieve the best results for raster and vector graphics in challenging cases like Flexo.
- You have a strong eye for layout, detail, and visual consistency.
- Your personal design workflow is advanced and efficient. You take ownership of your work, and approach challenges proactively and solution-oriented.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
