AI/ML Engineer - Real Estate Automation

Aouj is a forward-thinking real estate company based in Saudi Arabia, building the future of property management through intelligent automation. We operate a fully automated CRM that handles everything from client communication to property publishing powered by an AI chatbot that qualifies leads, matches them with properties, and seamlessly feeds data into our pipeline. What you'll work on:

• Develop and improve our AI-powered CRM a fully automated system managing real estate workflows end to end
• Enhance our AI chatbot that handles client conversations, property matching, and CRM data submission
• Build and maintain automation flows for property listing review and auto-publishing to the website
• Design and run QA processes to test AI pipelines, data integrity, and automation reliability
• Identify gaps in the current system and propose intelligent solutions that improve efficiency
• Collaborate asynchronously with the core team to deliver reliable, production-ready features

Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional experience in tech, with a strong background in AI/ML development or intelligent automation
• Solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and building AI-driven workflows
• Experience integrating AI with CRM systems, databases, or SaaS platforms via APIs
• Comfortable working across the full stack from backend logic to automation pipelines
• Strong written English communication async-first team, clear documentation is essential
• Self-directed and able to manage tasks independently in a remote setting

Nice to have

• QA experience writing test cases, running regression tests, or building automated test suites for AI features
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, or similar)
• Experience in real estate tech or property management platforms
