We're hiring a Business Analyst who actually uses AI — not just talks about it.
If you've built an n8n workflow, prompted your way out of a 4-hour spreadsheet task, or shipped an AI agent that replaced a manual process — keep reading. If you haven't, this role probably isn't for you.
About 800 Storage We're Dubai's fastest-growing premium self-storage company — 9 facilities, thousands of customers, and an obsession with using technology to outpace traditional storage operators. We already run AI-powered sales automation, and we're doubling down. We don't want a Business Analyst who watches from the sidelines. We want one who builds.
What you'll actually do
- Find the broken, slow, and manual parts of our business — and fix them with data, process, or AI.
- Build and ship automations using n8n, GPT/Claude-based agents, and AI-driven workflows.
- Turn messy operational data into clear recommendations leadership can act on this week, not next quarter.
- Partner with product, ops, and tech to define what to build, why, and how we'll know it worked.
- Document processes, run project plans, and keep stakeholders aligned without becoming a bottleneck.

You'll thrive here if you have
- 2+ years in business analysis, ops, or a data-adjacent role.
- Real, hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI APIs) and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, Make).
- A track record of spotting where AI can replace manual work — and the judgment to know when it shouldn't.
- Strong Excel skills (Tableau or Power BI is a plus).
- Clear writing and the ability to explain complex things simply.
- A bias toward shipping, not slide decks.
- Based in Egypt, Syria, or Lebanon, with the ability to overlap with Dubai working hours (GST).
