We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect with Microsoft Fabric experience to join our growing data team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data architecture, data engineering, and modern cloud-based data platforms, with a focus on designing scalable and efficient data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement data architecture solutions using Microsoft Fabric
- Build and optimize data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Define and enforce data modeling standards, governance, and best practices
- Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and BI teams to enable seamless data access and reporting
- Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance across systems
- Optimize performance and scalability of data platforms
- Support migration of legacy systems to modern data platforms (Fabric / Azure ecosystem)

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in Data Architecture / Data Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric (mandatory)
- Strong expertise in:
- Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake)
- Data Modeling (Dimensional & Relational)
- ETL/ELT pipelines
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar programming languages
- Experience with Power BI or other visualization tools
- Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
