Job Description
Must-Have Qualifications
- Construction industry experience
- Hands-on experience with Work in Progress (WIP) reporting, including Field and/or Service operations
- Strong understanding of cost codes and how they are used in project tracking and financial reporting
- Proven experience building Power BI reports, dashboards, and presentations
- Ability to translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of the backend of Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling, data sources, DAX, Power Query, and reporting automation
- Experience developing KPI reporting for finance and operational teams
- Experience integrating data from ERP systems, enterprise applications, and other business platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and executive leadership
- Experience ensuring data accuracy, governance, and reporting consistency
- Must be able to work Central Time Zone hours
