Role and Company Overview:

We're hiring a Senior Graphic Designer (Digital) on behalf of one of the leading Amazon agency operators in the US. With ~150 employees and a strong track record managing consumer brands on the Amazon marketplace, this company partners with brands generating $1M–$10M+ annually on Amazon. This role sits under the AVP of Creative and leads creative optimization projects across multiple brand partners — with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position managing a small team of designers.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex digital design projects from concept to implementation across the Amazon marketplace (A+ content, Brand Stores, product detail pages)
• Develop modern, on-brand visual designs in collaboration with the Design and Copy teams
• Create innovative templates that align with each partner's brand standards and style guides
• Build and maintain digital style guides to ensure visual consistency across brands
• Strategically use typography, imagery, and graphic elements to drive measurable results
• Present completed work to clients and internal team members
• Eventually delegate to and review work from junior designers
• Manage multiple brand partners simultaneously while meeting varied deadlines
• Stay current on e-commerce, print, web, and mobile design trends

Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Senior Graphic Designer or UX Designer working on digital content
• 5+ years designing for web, print, and social media
• Hands-on Amazon design experience (A+ content, Brand Stores, product imagery)
• Portfolio with web, social, and print work
• Experience designing for physical product / consumer brands
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Proficiency in at least one prototyping tool (Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch)
• Strong English communication and presentation skills
• Confident, collaborative, and able to contribute in branding and creative strategy discussions
