Position Summary
We are seeking a technically strong, execution-driven Senior Operations Manager โ IT to oversee internal IT operations, software development coordination, technical execution workflows, and system management across the organization.
This role is NOT a strategy-setting position. Senior leadership defines company direction and operational priorities.
Your responsibility is to:
- Translate operational and technical objectives into structured execution plans
- Coordinate developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and technical support teams
- Ensure workflow discipline and milestone delivery
- Maintain technical and operational accountability
- Provide execution visibility to leadership
- Monitor technical productivity and operational efficiency across teams
You will function as the execution owner of internal IT operations and technical delivery workflows.
This role requires strong technical understanding, coding knowledge, and prior experience working in a software company or technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. IT Project Planning & Technical Execution (Primary Responsibility)
- Break product and system requirements into technical tasks, user stories, and milestones
- Work closely with developers to define scope, APIs, integrations, and system logic
- Manage sprint cycles, stand-ups, and backlog prioritization
- Ensure on-time feature releases and version updates
- Track progress daily and proactively resolve blockers
- Coordinate staging, QA testing, UAT, and deployment cycles
2. Developer & IT Team Coordination
- Coordinate with backend developers, frontend engineers, QA testers, DevOps, and UI/UX teams
- Ensure proper Git workflow discipline and deployment processes
- Monitor productivity and delivery timelines
- Ensure documentation of code, architecture, and workflows
- Escalate technical risks with recommended mitigation plans
- Ensure continuity during team absences or transitions
3. IT Systems & Infrastructure Oversight
- Oversee internal systems, automation tools, dashboards, tracking systems, and operational software
- Ensure APIs, integrations, and internal systems function properly
- Maintain system uptime, performance benchmarks, and issue tracking
- Coordinate hosting environments and technical infrastructure
- Identify operational risks, technical bottlenecks, and system inefficiencies
- Monitor technical workflows and operational efficiency for creative and video editing teams from a systems and execution perspective

4. Technical Documentation & Process Management
- Maintain structured documentation for systems and workflows
- Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed
- Support creation of internal SOPs for IT processes
- Improve development lifecycle efficiency
5. Reporting & Leadership Visibility
- Maintain sprint dashboards and development tracking systems
- Provide weekly technical execution reports
- Track KPIs such as release timelines, bug resolution time, system uptime, and sprint velocity
- Provide leadership with real-time progress visibility
6. Scaling & Product Expansion Support
- Support new SaaS feature launches
- Manage high-pressure release cycles
- Ensure stability during scaling phases
- Maintain structured release discipline under deadlines

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT operations, technical project management, software operations, or technical execution roles
- Prior experience working in a software company or technology-driven organization is mandatory
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on coding knowledge (mandatory)
- Ability to understand backend logic, APIs, database structures, and technical workflows
- Experience managing developers and technical teams
- Strong operational and technical coordination skills
- Strong English communication skills
Technical Requirements (Mandatory Coding Knowledge)
Candidate must have working knowledge of:
- At least one backend language (PHP, Python, Node.js, or similar)
- Frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- REST APIs and system integrations
- Database fundamentals (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
- Git workflows & version control
- Cloud hosting basics (AWS, VPS, or similar environments)
- Technical troubleshooting and workflow monitoring
The candidate is not required to code full-time but must be capable of understanding code, monitoring technical execution quality, reviewing workflows, and guiding developers effectively.

Compensation & Salary Range
Salary Range: BDT 70,000 โ 100,000/monthly
