- Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions to improve workflows and user experience.
- Deliver end-to-end Power Platform solutions using canvas apps, model-driven apps, and integrations.
- Apply application lifecycle management practices including solutions, pipelines, and environment management.
- Translate user stories into technical designs, configurations, and test cases.
- Perform system analysis including design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Support backlog management, release planning, and continuous improvement activities.
- Develop and maintain enterprise Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Build automation solutions using Power Automate Desktop and Dataverse.
- Develop secure Dataverse-based applications integrated with Azure and enterprise data sources.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues while supporting system optimization.
- Collaborate across Agile teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Communicate with stakeholders to demonstrate, document, and support adoption of solutions.

Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree with five (5+) years of relevant experience or equivalent experience required.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate required.
- Experience with systems analysis, application development, and testing required.
- Experience with data integration, reporting, or analytics solutions required.
