What You’ll Do
Workday Learning (Primary Focus)
- Lead design + configuration of Workday LMS
- Build learning programs, campaigns, and blended learning paths
- Manage LMS integrations (SCORM/xAPI, third-party tools)
- Ensure data integrity, reporting, and user access
- Partner with HR + business teams to align training with business needs

Workday Talent (Secondary)
- Configure Performance Reviews, Succession, Career Development, IDPs
- Support merit cycles, calibrations, PIPs
- Connect Talent + Learning + Recruiting for end-to-end talent strategy
- Optimize Talent Profiles, Career Hubs, Succession Pools
Cross-Functional
- Lead requirements gathering + design sessions
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live optimization
- Work across HRIS, IT, Finance, Payroll
- Train stakeholders and translate technical → functional

What We’re Looking For
Experience
- 5+ years hands-on Workday (implementation + enhancements)
- Strong Workday Learning (LMS) configuration experience
- Solid Workday Talent experience
- Experience as a functional lead / solution architect preferred
Technical
