  1. Deep expertise in Workday Learning (LMS) – must be able to lead configuration end-to-end
  2. Strong Workday Talent experience – Performance, Succession, Career Development
  3. Configuration + Security knowledge
  4. Strong stakeholder communication – can lead sessions, not just take tickets

What You’ll Do

Workday Learning (Primary Focus)

  • Lead design + configuration of Workday LMS
  • Build learning programs, campaigns, and blended learning paths
  • Manage LMS integrations (SCORM/xAPI, third-party tools)
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting, and user access
  • Partner with HR + business teams to align training with business needs

Workday Talent (Secondary)

  • Configure Performance Reviews, Succession, Career Development, IDPs
  • Support merit cycles, calibrations, PIPs
  • Connect Talent + Learning + Recruiting for end-to-end talent strategy
  • Optimize Talent Profiles, Career Hubs, Succession Pools

Cross-Functional

  • Lead requirements gathering + design sessions
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and post-go-live optimization
  • Work across HRIS, IT, Finance, Payroll
  • Train stakeholders and translate technical → functional

What We’re Looking For

Experience

  • 5+ years hands-on Workday (implementation + enhancements)
  • Strong Workday Learning (LMS) configuration experience
  • Solid Workday Talent experience
  • Experience as a functional lead / solution architect preferred

Technical

  • LMS: campaigns, programs, integrations (SCORM/xAPI)
  • Talent: performance, succession, career development
  • Workday certifications = big plus

Soft Skills

  • Strong communicator – can run meetings with stakeholders
  • Able to translate business needs into config
  • Organized, owns workstreams, works independently


Requirements: Full time in Houston (no C2C)
