The Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Lead Mobile Developer who will play a pivotal role in our development team. As a lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from architecture design to deployment. You will define technical guidelines, mentor junior developers, and ensure that our apps are built on scalable, efficient, and innovative architectures.
In this role, you will also have the exciting opportunity to integrate AI models into our new apps through APIs, pushing the boundaries of what our products can achieve.
What are we looking for
- Academic background:
- Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical expertise:
- Strong knowledge of Flutter and Dart, with proven experience in building and maintaining mobile apps.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure with AWS and/or GCP, including architecture design, deployment, and scalability.
- Experience working with and managing diverse architectures, with the ability to evaluate and implement the most suitable approach for each product.
- Knowledge of Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Storage, Functions) and familiarity with API integrations.
- Ability to define and implement coding standards, best practices, and scalable architectures.
- High agility and ability to implement changes in the app very quickly, adapting to product needs with speed and precision.
- Leadership skills:
- Proven experience leading or mentoring development teams.
- Ability to guide and upskill junior developers, fostering their growth and performance.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to ensure deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Problem-solving and product focus:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Eye for detail and a product-first mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to work autonomously and take ownership of projects.
- Communication:
- Good level of spoken and written English.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and marketing.
