OT/ICS Cybersecurity Professional

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced OT / ICS Cybersecurity professional who has worked directly in industrial plants and production environments.

The role involves securing industrial systems such as PLCs, SCADA, DCS, HMIs, and industrial networks without affecting plant operations or causing downtime.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on OT security experience, good communication skills, and confidence in working directly with customers and plant teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead OT cybersecurity assessments, workshops, and remediation activities

• Conduct vulnerability assessments and identify security gaps in OT environments

• Review and assess security of PLCs, SCADA systems, DCS systems, HMIs, and industrial networks

• Perform audits based on standards such as IEC 62443 and NERC CIP

• Recommend security improvements and develop remediation roadmaps

• Advise customers on OT security best practices and cybersecurity trends

• Support proposal creation and define project scope based on customer requirements

• Ensure all security improvements are implemented without impacting production operations

• Work closely with customers, plant teams, and internal teams during project execution

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of OT / ICS cybersecurity experience

• Strong hands-on experience working inside industrial or plant environments

• Experience securing operational technology and industrial control systems

• Experience working in production environments where downtime is not acceptable

• Good understanding of OT network architecture, segmentation, industrial communication protocols, and secure remote access

• Hands-on experience with:

• Firewalls
• IDS / IPS
• Endpoint protection
• SIEM platforms
• Vulnerability assessment tools
• • Experience conducting OT security audits and compliance assessments
• • Knowledge of IEC 62443, NERC CIP, or similar OT security standards

• Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia

Hands-on OT / ICS cybersecurity experience in industrial or critical infrastructure environments is mandatory.
