- Proven experience in an experiment-led environment, utilizing A/B testing, product optimization, and data-informed decision-making.
- Strong analytical background, with the ability to leverage market research, usage metrics, and user feedback to define scoping, requirements, and prioritization.
- Experience gathering and documenting technical requirements, with a constructive ability to challenge stakeholders and ensure alignment.
- Familiarity with user research and customer experience mapping, specifically in identifying key touchpoints and translating user insights into features.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you are highly people-friendly, empathetic, and excellent at bringing cross-functional teams along on the product journey.
This is a full-time role requiring the following tasks and deliverables:

- Act as the Product Owner, managing elements of the product life cycle, prioritizing requirements, developing roadmaps, and entirely owning the product backlog.

- Design, roll out, and analyze product trials, feature experiments, and launches, monitoring product performance to drive further optimization.
- Apply data collection and measurement techniques to routinely evaluate data methods, generate reports, and measure product performance.
- Product & Project Management Tools: Trello (or similar agile tracking software)
- Analytics & Experimentation: Data analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and A/B testing platforms
