Validate and reconcile source-to-target data mappings and perform root-cause analysis for data quality issues.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, customers, developers, testers, and network analysts to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
Produce technical documentation, runbooks, and deployment artifacts.
Support deployments, resolve production incidents, and implement data fixes as required.

Introduction:
Seeking a Sr Data Analyst with strong ETL development experience to support the HR1 project within the VA EDWS environment. - 3+ years of hands-on ETL development experience.
- 3-5 years experience interacting directly with customers/stakeholders; strong verbal and written communication.
- Experience working across full SDLC (requirements, design, build, test, production).
- Strong SQL skills and experience building, debugging, and tuning ETL jobs.
- Familiarity with healthcare or Medicaid data and analytics (1+ year preferred).
- Ability to work independently in a small cross-functional team and take ownership of deliverables.
- Must be able to work U.S. business hours (9am-5pm EST). Candidate must reside in VA099 region (telecommute).
