HorminaCare is a fast-growing women’s health startup. We’re redefining women’s healthcare by focusing on what’s too often overlooked — hormones. We provide accessible, science-backed, and compassionate virtual care to help women understand and treat hormone imbalances like PCOS (now PMOS!), hormonal acne, fatigue, irregular periods, perimenopause, menopause, and more. We’re on a mission to make specialized hormone care simple and personalized — and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to help grow our reach.
About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team for the summer. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media, digital marketing, content creation, women’s health, and startups.
You’ll work closely with the founder to help create educational and engaging content across social media, blog, and SEO channels that drive leads, while learning how a modern healthcare startup grows online.
✨ What You’ll Be Doing
Content Creation & Social Media
- Help brainstorm and develop new content ideas related to women’s hormone health
- Assist in planning weekly and monthly content calendars
- Create social media posts, graphics, short videos, and captions for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Edit, organize, and format digital content using tools like Canva and CapCut
- Draft simple email newsletters, blog outlines, and educational posts under guidance
- Research trends, hashtags, and audience interests to improve engagement and reach
- Monitor comments, questions, and interactions on social platforms
- Identify common audience questions and suggest helpful content ideas
- Support community engagement by responding to messages under supervision
SEO & Blog Support
- Brainstorm and create blog posts using AI tools and internal guidance
- Upload blog posts or landing page updates as needed
- Conduct keyword research using tools such as Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, and Google Search Console
- Track keyword rankings weekly and identify new SEO opportunities
- Research search intent and assist with keyword clustering plans
- Help create SEO content outlines for educational pages and blog posts
- Maintain organized keyword, ranking, and content libraries

Analytics & Reporting
- Track weekly performance metrics including views, reach, engagement, and click-through rates
- Compile performance data into simple reports and share insights with the founder
- Help identify which types of content and formats perform best
General Support
- Organize content libraries and digital assets using cloud-based tools
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to support brainstorming, caption writing, and basic organization tasks
- Attend daily and weekly check-ins to review goals, tasks, and progress
- Keep track of projects using project management tools
- Support additional marketing or operations tasks as needed
✨ What We’re Looking For
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for women’s health
- Experience with creating organic social media content and growing social accounts
- Comfortable creating and taking part in our Tiktok content
- Interest in digital marketing, social media, content creation, or SEO
- Comfortable using platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Google Docs/Sheets, or similar tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Bonus if you have experience with SEO tools, blogging, analytics, or AI tools like ChatGPT

Canada Summer Jobs Eligibility Requirements
This position is funded through the Canada Summer Jobs (CSJ) program. To be eligible, applicants must:
- Be between 15 and 30 years old at the start of employment
- Be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or person with refugee protection under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act for the duration of employment
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada according to relevant provincial or territorial legislation and regulations
- Have a valid Social Insurance Number at the start of employment
