Role Overview
Mint Source is recruiting an Email Marketing Manager to join a UK-based Klaviyo Platinum Partner agency that works with e-commerce brands. You'll own email and SMS strategy and execution for 5-7 e-commerce brands, managing the full campaign lifecycle from planning through optimization while serving as the client's trusted marketing partner. You'll work alongside copywriters, designers, and technicians to get campaigns out the door on time and in good shape. Success in this role looks like high-performing campaigns, clear client communication, and consistent revenue impact across accounts. This is the lane where strong retention work meets direct brand ownership, so the right person will enjoy both the strategy and the execution side of email.
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute email and SMS marketing strategies for 5-7 e-commerce brands using Klaviyo and related platforms
- Own end-to-end campaign delivery, from strategy and setup through launch, QA, and post-campaign analysis
- Act as the primary client contact by joining meetings, sharing weekly performance reports, and responding to questions over Slack and email
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and technicians to launch campaigns accurately and on schedule
- Monitor and optimize performance across open rates, click-through rates, and revenue contribution
- Run A/B tests, manage segmentation, and build automations that improve engagement and conversions
- Ensure every campaign meets quality and compliance standards, including CAN-SPAM and GDPR requirements
- Manage tasks and timelines using structured workflows in ClickUp and Slack to keep projects on track

- Comfortable reviewing designs in Figma and working within project management tools like ClickUp and Slack
- Strong written and spoken English with confidence in client-facing communication
- A data-driven mindset, with the ability to spot issues, recommend improvements, and act on insights
- In-house email marketing experience at a fashion or apparel brand is a strong plus
- Experience with Postscript, Attentive, or subscription platforms such as Recharge or Bold is a plus
- Structured and detail-oriented, comfortable managing overlapping deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment
