What You'll Work On

You will work at the intersection of business, data, and technology — translating complex supply chain needs into scalable data and analytics solutions, and collaborating with global cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements (BRDs, MDDs)
• Act as liaison between business and IT/digital teams
• Collaborate with planners, inventory managers, process owners, and global stakeholders
• Communicate progress regularly to leadership and drive project delivery

Data & Analytics

• Perform data sourcing, profiling, cleansing, and validation
• Define KPIs, metrics, and business logic for planning and fulfillment analytics
• Assess data availability, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
• Apply data modeling concepts (star/snowflake schemas) for scalable solutions

Agile Delivery

• Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria in JIRA
• Participate in sprint ceremonies — planning, refinement, review
• Manage backlog priorities in partnership with Product Owner
• Support UAT — create test scripts, triage defects, conduct demos

Governance & Quality

• Support data governance and harmonization initiatives
• Partner with data quality teams to implement monitoring frameworks
• Maintain documentation for global data products
• Conduct risk, gap, and impact assessments

Must-Have Skills

• 6–8 years in supply chain, planning analytics, business analysis, or related domains
• Strong domain knowledge — demand & supply planning, inventory management, fulfillment, logistics
• Advanced SQL skills
• SAP experience (preferably S/4 HANA)
