- Real, shipping systems — backend, ML, infrastructure, or full-stack, depending on fit
- Hard problems at small, senior teams where ownership is high and your work matters

What we're looking for
- You've built and shipped production systems
- Strong fundamentals, fast-moving, comfortable owning outcomes end-to-end
- Open to on-site or hybrid in the SF Bay Area (relocation possible for some teams)
- We currently focus on the US, Berlin, and Munich — if you're outside those regions and can't relocate, there may not be a strong match yet.
