About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated .NET Engineer / .NET API Developer to join our team on a 100% remote contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in C# and .NET technologies who are eager to contribute to innovative projects within a growing consulting environment. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web APIs and applications that meet client specifications. The position offers an excellent opportunity to work remotely, collaborate with a talented team, and potentially transition into a permanent role after 12 months of successful contract engagement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in C# and .NET development, with a proven track record working with .NET 8+ and ASP.NET Core Web API. Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles and experience with cloud services such as Azure are highly preferred. Candidates should have familiarity with LINQ, Entity Framework Core, Dapper, and related ORM tools. A solid grasp of software development best practices, version control, and Agile methodologies is essential. The role requires current residence within the CST or EST time zones to facilitate real-time collaboration and communication. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

As a .NET Web Developer / Full Stack Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining robust web APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core and related technologies.
