Are you a detail-driven QA professional with deep Dynamics expertise? We're looking for a Test Engineer specialising in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central to join our clients international team in Munich (relocation covered!) and help them deliver high-quality ERP solutions at scale.
What you'll be doing:
You'll play a central role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their BC environment, from new feature development through to third-party integrations. Day to day, that means:
- Testing and verifying new ERP functionalities and integrations with third-party products
- Preparing and executing functional, performance and user acceptance tests
- Developing and implementing QA procedures and testing standards for Business Central
- Automating testing processes, writing scripts and optimising performance
- Analysing, reporting and resolving bugs, including stress testing and real-life scenario simulation
- Maintaining thorough test documentation and reports
- Collaborating closely with BC specialists and stakeholders across an international environment

What we're looking for:
- A degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience as a Test Engineer
- 4–5+ years of experience with MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central
- Strong knowledge of software testing, QA methodologies and best practices
- An analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail and the ability to identify root causes and risks early
- Experience with JIRA or similar tools, Agile methodology and testing frameworks
- Solid understanding of business processes, particularly Warehouse (core focus), alongside Sales and Purchase modules
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach with strong English communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for complex projects (no German-speaking required)
