Tasks
As the Business Analyst USM, you will perform the following duties:
- Implement and continuously improve performance dialogues between all levels within the department
- Define, develop, and maintain key performance indicators to structure and analyze all ongoing business activities
- Monitor KPIs and ensure targets are met, perform root cause analyses, and track corrective actions
- Design, build, and continuously enhance Power BI dashboards, management cockpits, and analytical reports
- Support in the migration of existing Tableau reports and dashboards to Power BI, including functional redesign, KPI harmonization, and continuous improvement of the reporting landscape
- Collaborate with other process centers or departments on the development of KPIs, dashboards, and other performance management and reporting projects
- All other duties as assigned or required

- Knowledge of process optimization techniques (e.g. LEAN), performance dialogues and key performance indicators
- MS Excel, MS Access, Qualitative and Quantitative Analytics, R, Word & PowerPoint, SAP; SQL, KNIME, Filemaker Python, Tableau as user
