Senior Project/Program Manager

In this role, you will lead large-scale, high-impact software implementation programs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will coordinate cross-functional teams spanning engineering, product, operations, clients, and vendors to ensure successful delivery from initiation through execution. The position requires strong leadership in navigating ambiguity, aligning executive stakeholders, and driving clarity across multiple concurrent initiatives. You will play a key role in identifying risks early, resolving dependencies, and maintaining program momentum in fast-moving conditions. This is a highly visible role where your ability to balance structure with adaptability directly influences delivery success. You will also contribute to improving internal processes and strengthening overall program execution maturity. The environment is collaborative, client-facing, and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes at scale.

Accountabilities

• Lead multiple concurrent software implementation programs and strategic initiatives from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with business and client objectives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations, vendors, and client stakeholders to maintain execution clarity and delivery consistency.
• Manage program health by identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers early, and driving proactive resolution strategies.
• Facilitate executive-level communication including status reporting, stakeholder alignment, and governance updates.
• Ensure accountability across workstreams while fostering collaboration, trust, and sustained delivery momentum.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes, operational efficiency, and implementation best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in program or project management within software development, SaaS implementation, enterprise technology, consulting, govtech, financial services, healthcare IT, or similar complex environments.
• Proven experience leading multiple concurrent enterprise-scale programs with cross-functional dependencies and integrations.
• Strong ability to operate independently in fast-paced, evolving environments with competing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical and program details for executive and client audiences.
• Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Experience recovering or stabilizing challenged programs is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies; certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.
