What You’ll Do
  • Partner with managers and department leaders on people strategy and workforce planning
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development
  • Support organizational growth, change management, and team effectiveness initiatives
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans and onboarding strategies
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to support business decisions and improve employee engagement
  • Advise managers on HR policies, compliance, and best practices
  • Help drive performance review cycles, compensation discussions, and talent development programs

What We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • 3–7+ years of experience in Human Resources, including HRBP or generalist experience
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations
  • Experience partnering with managers and supporting distributed or remote teams
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus
  • Familiarity with HRIS and people management systems
  • Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
