What You’ll Do- Partner with managers and department leaders on people strategy and workforce planning
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and career development
- Support organizational growth, change management, and team effectiveness initiatives
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans and onboarding strategies
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to support business decisions and improve employee engagement
- Advise managers on HR policies, compliance, and best practices
- Help drive performance review cycles, compensation discussions, and talent development programs
- Support employee engagement, culture-building, and retention initiatives
- Assist in resolving employee concerns professionally and confidentially
- Partner with leadership to foster an inclusive and high-performing work environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 3–7+ years of experience in Human Resources, including HRBP or generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and employee relations
- Experience partnering with managers and supporting distributed or remote teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
- Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments is a plus
- Familiarity with HRIS and people management systems
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.
