The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively promote Point Avenue’s programs and services. This role is crucial in attracting new students, retaining existing ones, and enhancing the center's brand reputation in the Vietnamese market. As the Marketing Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing all marketing campaigns for Point Avenue, including developing the marketing strategy, leading and executing the strategy and all supporting activities, and growing and shaping the brand.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Strategy and Planning

● Build annual communication/marketing strategy to maximize lead generation.
● Analyze and monitor customers’ behaviors as well as competitors’ insights.
● Conduct brand analysis to determine the strategic plan and make monthly reports on marketing activities.
● Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and opportunities in the Vietnamese market.
● Analyze competitor activities and positioning to develop effective marketing strategies.
● Build Business-to-Business partnerships with schools and other complementary businesses.
● Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring effi cient allocation of resources.
● Monitor and optimize marketing spending to maximize return on investment (ROI).
2. Execution Management
● Create and Implement marketing plans to grow the business.
● Cooperate with partners and internal departments to execute the communication & marketing plans and other initiatives.
● Plan and execute various events, such as open houses, workshops, and seminars, to promote the center's programs and services.
● Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including advertising, social media, email marketing, and events.
● Organize and assist in hosting business events to raise profi les and provide accessibility to the local community.
● Meet project deadlines while ensuring work quality.
● Evaluate and periodically report work results to management and clients.
● Coach and develop team members to grow professionally.
● Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, and social media marketing.
● Manage the business’ website, ensuring it is user-friendly, informative, and optimized for search engines.

● Analyze website traffi c and user behavior to improve online presence and conversion rates.
3. Client Relationship Management
● Collaborate with academics, sales, and operations teams to understand sales requirements and adapt marketing tactics and activities to support sales and operations better.
● Help produce sales and marketing materials for events, classes, and other projects to support other department teams.
● Research new potential clients and execute external projects (if assigned).
● Work with the Academic Director, Product Leads, and Center Directors to maximize the conversion rate from lead to enrolment to increase the effectiveness of lead generation.
● To lead the work, maximizing parent and student satisfaction and exceptional customer Service.
4. Other tasks as assigned by the BOD
Qualifications
● Fluent in English
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication or related fields
● At least 5 years of experience in the Marketing fi eld, 2 years at the same position
● Preferred experience in the Education field
● Management experience
● Strong understanding of the Vietnamese market and consumer behavior
● Eager to learn and move forward
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Experience in an international working environment
