💼 What will you do?
- Designing, training, and deploying models that power AI search recommendations while leading and mentoring a small DS team
- Developing novel algorithms that reverse-engineer LLM behaviour, owning the full ML lifecycle from research to production
- Architecting scalable data and ML systems across pipelines, evaluation frameworks, and model serving
- Writing and reviewing production-grade code
👤 Who we're looking for

- A senior data science leader who has personally owned and scaled complex ML systems from research to production, not just overseen others who do
- Deep, first-principles understanding of LLMs and AI search, with solid systems instincts across APIs, pipelines, and production infrastructure
- The communication skills to translate complex technical work to executives and customers
- Background in high-growth startups, top-tier tech companies, and/or research
