As we scale, we're looking for a driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence, shape our market strategy, and help translate strong marketing into stronger business outcomes.

The Role

This is a dual-focus position sitting at the intersection of brand-building and commercial growth. You will own our marketing function while working closely with the senior leadership team to align campaigns with revenue and business development goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and events channels

- Lead market research, pricing analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform commercial decisions

- Manage brand positioning, digital marketing (SEO/AEO/GEO/PPC/social), and PR activities

- Own the marketing budget - planning spend, tracking ROI, and reporting on campaign performance
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities in partnership with the senior leadership team
- Support client acquisition efforts through targeted campaigns and lead generation initiatives

What We're Looking For

- A UK Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related discipline (or recognised international equivalent)

- Experience in marketing or commercial management is desirable; we also welcome strong new entrants with the right academic background and ambition

- Working knowledge of Social media tools, AI tools, CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce) and Google Analytics

- Strong communication skills; applicants must meet the Home Office English language requirement (minimum CEFR Level B1)


Salary
- Standard rate: £41,700 per annum
- New entrant rate: £33,400 per annum (applicable where the candidate meets Home Office new entrant criteria under the Skilled Worker route)


Visa Sponsorship

Sultan's Event Solution Ltd holds a UK Sponsor Licence. We welcome applications from international candidates. A Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) can be issued under the Skilled Worker visa route (SOC 2432), subject to all Home Office eligibility requirements and salary thresholds being met.
