Partner directly with stakeholders, developers, QA, and product leaders to define impactful solutions
Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that development teams can execute confidently
Own and refine product backlogs in Jira, ensuring teams always have a prioritized roadmap
Translate complex business processes into scalable product requirements and workflows
Lead UAT efforts and ensure delivered features meet business expectations
Analyze workflows, production issues, and product performance to identify opportunities for improvement
Help drive continuous improvement across agile delivery teams
Technical Skills Required
Jira Confluence Agile delivery frameworks SQL BPMN/UML process mapping

β€’ 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or hybrid BA/PO in agile software environments

β€’ Experience in retirement administration or recordkeeping platforms is a MUST

β€’ Strong user story writing and backlog management skills

β€’ Expertise with Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery frameworks

β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

β€’ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify edge cases before they become production issues

β€’ Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and system behaviors at a functional level

⭐ Bonus Points For

β€’ CSPO, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or related certifications

β€’ Experience with BPMN/UML process mapping

β€’ Exposure to compliance-driven environments (ERISA, IRS, SOC 2)

β€’ SQL familiarity or data analysis experience
