Senior Digital Designer (Web Experience)

We’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer to join our creative team.

This role is focused on crafting immersive, interactive digital experiences across websites, ecommerce, and landing pages. You’ll lead projects from start to finish while working closely with our Creative Director. This is an opportunity to work on modern websites with a focus on visual direction, typography, interaction, and motion.

You’ll thrive if you enjoy creating web experiences independently, working across tools like Figma, Webflow, After Effects, and bringing ideas to life quickly.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, pays attention to detail, and genuinely cares about creating work that drives results. This role is best for designers who want to improve fast, create impact, and push their work to the highest level.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead design projects from concept to final execution with minimal direction
• Present ideas and design decisions clearly in client and internal reviews
• Create wireframes, landing pages, and full website designs in Figma
• Translate desktop designs into responsive mobile experiences

• Collaborate closely with design and development teams
• Design with conversions and business goals in mind

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of web experience 
• Strong portfolio and UI/UX design skills
• Experience with websites, ecommerce, landing pages
• Experience leading projects from end to end
• Advanced Figma skills
• Webflow experience is nice to have
• Animation or motion design skills are a big plus

POSITION DETAILS AND COMPENSATION

• Salary $2,000 - $7,000 per month based on experience
• Fully remote, flexible hours (US/Europe preferred)
• Freelance or ongoing work
• English or Spanish communication
