UX Designer (Junior) - 6-month W2 Contract

Title: UX Designer (Junior)

Location: 100% remote

Duration: 6-month W2 contract

UX (user experience) designers are responsible for improving the user's experience of using a product, such as making it easier to use and more enjoyable. This typically applies to computer hardware or software. A portfolio of previous work may be necessary to be hired for this position, and UX designers work with developers, analysts, and other designers to determine changes and preferences in the market. UX designers may design and create wireframes for products, as well as develop and test prototypes, and actual end-users are often used to determine whether a product can be used as intended. After testing is complete, modifications should be introduced and more testing will be carried out until the product reaches its best form.

Can you please provide a brief description of the daily duties using the technology tools above?

• Supports design team in delivering finalized designs for digital applications. Collaborates with team members to deconstruct moderately complex problems into a clear design requirements and effective design solutions. Assists lead designer in driving a shared understanding of human-centered pain points and opportunities.
• Supporting lead designer in delivering web based and native applications. Coordinating with client to understand goals and objectives and ensure deadlines are met.
