Job Description


Own the US technical and commercial motion for JBS — delivering AI and data solutions to energy and utilities clients, growing existing accounts, and closing new opportunities. This role takes direct responsibility off the COO.


Must-Haves — all required, no exceptions:

1. 14+ years in technology delivery with 5+ years in a senior client-facing role 2. Hands-on AI and data expertise — agentic AI, LLM systems, data platforms. Must be able to architect and evaluate solutions, not just describe them 3. Energy or utilities domain — generation, midstream, trading, grid, or retail energy. One deep engagement qualifies but must be genuine 4. Houston based — client relationships require in-person presence 5. Proven track record growing accounts commercially — has identified whitespace, shaped proposals, and closed expansions 6. Has owned a C-level client relationship independently — CDO, CIO, or VP level 7. US Master's or MBA preferred but not mandatory if experience is exceptional


What this person owns day one:

- Delivery oversight on active US engagements

- Commercial ownership of Evergy, Enterprise Products, and new logo pipeline

- Proposal development and solution shaping

- Client relationship management on mid-tier accounts, freeing senior leadership for strategic accounts


Reject immediately if:

- No genuine AI or data technical depth — consulting generalists do not qualify

- No energy or utilities domain exposure

- Has never owned a client relationship independently

- Needs significant ramp time on the energy sector

- Houston relocation required but candidate is unwilling

- Below 14 years overall experience
