Job Description
We are hiring a full-time Senior Recruiter for a staffing company that connects LATAM talent with U.S.-based businesses. This role is heavily focused on candidate communication, interview coordination, screening, and driving recruiting processes forward without constant oversight. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, approachable, and extremely detail-oriented. You should be comfortable owning recruiting workflows from start to finish while keeping internal teams aligned and informed. Full-time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING.
Hours: 09:00 am to 5:00 pm CST
Salary: $2,000/mo
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with candidates across a variety of roles
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates for fit before moving them through the process
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Post jobs on LinkedIn
- Keep the candidate database clean, updated, and organized
- Track recruiting pipelines and ensure candidates are moving through each stage properly
- Communicate updates across recruiting, sales, and social media teams to keep everyone aligned
- Identify when processes need to be prioritized, escalated, or pushed forward
- Maintain a professional and approachable experience for candidates throughout the process
- Take ownership of recruiting workflows and proactively solve issues before they become blockers
- Conduct candidate outreach when necessary to help move processes forward

Key Qualifications:
- 3+ year of experience in recruiting, customer service, staffing, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with Slack, Google Suite, and LinkedIn
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable conducting interviews and evaluating candidate quality
- Proactive mindset and able to move processes forward independently
- Strong follow-up and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet
