As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll help build our pipeline of qualified and passive talent by implementing advanced sourcing strategies to identify professionals, conducting candidate evaluations to assess technical and cultural alignment, and managing complex interview scheduling across global time zones. You’ll be a core touchpoint throughout the recruitment journey, delivering a thoughtful, respectful, and transparent experience that lays the foundation for high levels of candidate and hiring manager satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
- Execute the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle to ensure high-velocity delivery across global business teams.
- Implement multi-channel sourcing and headhunting strategies to build robust pipelines of passive talent.
- Conduct candidate evaluations and initial screenings to assess technical baseline and cultural alignment.
- Manage complex interview scheduling and logistical coordination across multiple global time zones.
- Partner with hiring managers through frequent delivery syncs to provide real-time pipeline visibility and candidate feedback.
- Manage the offer management and closing process to maximise candidate conversion rates.
- Maintain 100% data accuracy within the ATS and recruitment trackers to support reliable leadership reporting.

What You Bring:
- +4 years of experience in international recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven track record in high-volume environments, either in-house or within a fast-paced recruitment agency.
- Expertise in multi-channel sourcing and advanced search techniques such as Boolean logic or X-ray.
- Solid understanding of recruitment workflows and candidate pipeline management, within global, remote, decentralised teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications: Professional certifications in Recruitment, Talent Sourcing, or Project Management are highly valued.
- Tools/Systems: Google Workspace, proficiency in HRIS and ATS (such as Lucca, HiBob, BambooHR, TeamTailor, Greenhouse, etc.)
- Languages: Fluent in English and French.
