What You’ll Do
- Train, evaluate, and refine LLM‑based agents to perform complex, multi‑stage reasoning and orchestration tasks.
- Build and assess production‑grade systems with modular architectures (e.g., data ingestion, logic processing, orchestration, and output layers).
- Analyze multi‑turn system interactions and agent behaviors to improve accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Identify edge cases, system gaps, and potential failure modes, and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to the integration of AI agents with live tools, databases, and external APIs for real‑world applications.

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI/LLM development, AI automation, or complex systems integration.
- Strong proficiency in at least two programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java.
- Experience working with SQL databases and live, production (non‑mocked) environments.
- Hands‑on experience managing stateful, multi‑turn interactions and agent workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to provide concise, high‑quality technical feedback on complex systems.
