Basecamp Talent is partnering with a fast-growing wellness app on a mission to make meditation more accessible through a deeper, more intentional approach to practice.

With a rapidly growing global community, strong app store traction, and an engaged user base, they’re now looking for a Social Media Manager to lead and evolve their social presence across key platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands how to build meaningful communities online, particularly within wellness, mindfulness, lifestyle, or mobile app brands.

The Role

You’ll own and grow the brand’s social media presence across channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Substack, and Reddit.

Working closely with the Head of Growth and Design team, you’ll help shape content strategy, community engagement, and creative campaigns designed to grow brand awareness and drive app installs.

The role offers a strong balance of autonomy and collaboration within a thoughtful, mission-driven team.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategy

• Translate the brand story into engaging social content
• Develop long-term social media strategies and campaign ideas
• Support community growth and user acquisition goals
• Analyse performance data and optimise content accordingly

Channel Management

• Manage publishing across primary and secondary social channels
• Maintain a consistent content cadence and tone of voice
• Engage actively with the community through comments and DMs
• Collaborate on growth and paid acquisition campaigns

Content Creation

• Create engaging short-form content, visuals, and videos
• Work closely with the in-house Designer to maintain brand consistency

What They’re Looking For

• Experience managing social media for wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brands
• Experience working with mobile apps is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of storytelling-led social strategy
• Familiarity with influencer and creator partnerships
• Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Figma, Submagic, Manychat, and similar platform
• A proactive, creative, community-first mindset
