AI Start Up- Product Data Analyst

€70,000 – €110,000 + Equity/Bonus

Full-time Monday - Friday On-site 4 Days per week

About the Role

We're looking for a product focused Data Analyst to embed with our product teams and define what success looks like. As our second product data analyst, you'll build the systems, metrics, and insights that help us make better decisions about what to build.

What You'll Do

You'll be hands on with SQL and dashboards, strategic in how you influence the roadmap, and autonomous in how you identify and solve problems. You'll work directly with engineers, designers, and product leadership to:

• Define success metrics for product initiatives

• Build experimentation frameworks and run experiments
• Optimise onboarding to get users to value faster
• Track growth KPIs and product health metrics
• Influence roadmap prioritisation through data

Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics with a focus on product (Has to be in a startup or high-growth environment)
• Experience working embedded with product teams
• Hands on experience with SQL, metrics design, experimentation frameworks, and running experiments
• Background in defining metrics, building dashboards, and influencing product decisions through data

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: €70,000 – €110,000

Location

This role is based in Paris and requires 4 days per week in the office and one day remote working. Please only apply if you are comfortable with this commitment we are not able to accommodate remote or hybrid arrangements for this position.
