Job Description
Workday Implementation Manager (Team Lead) ; HCM Bangkok, Circa 2 million baht (THB) / year (Circa 160k Bhat / month) + bonus. Open EU/US/Asia/worldwide relocation.
Permanent role.
We are open to people who will relocate from EU/USA or other.
Hands-on Implementation & Configuration
- Design & Delivery: Design end-to-end Workday rollouts from Discovery and Blueprint stages through to deploy and hyper-care.
- Module Configuration: Hands-on configuration and set-up across core Workday areas: HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, and Payroll.
Security & Integration: Work on complex business processes, calculated fields, EIBs, and core connectors

We are looking for a hands-on, strategic Workday Implementation Manager to lead our Workday deployment. You will directly manage our existing 4-person team and spearhead the recruitment and onboarding of 4 additional specialists. This role requires someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and build, configure, and design the system, while also acting as a senior leader and escalation point for the full rollout.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Scale the Team: Manage and motivate the existing 4-person Workday team, and lead the recruitment effort to hire 4 new members.
- Mentorship: Foster team growth, establish KPIs, and guide the technical and functional development of junior and mid-level staff.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Act as a bridge between HR, IT, and external system integrators to align process design.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience implementing Workday solutions in an Engagement Manager, Functional Lead, or Project Manager capacity.
- Scale of Deliveries: Must have completed a few full end-to-end Workday implementations within large-scale or multinational environments.
- Module Expertise: Deep functional expertise in Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Payroll is strictly required.
- Certifications: Current Workday Engagement Manager (EM) or relevant module certifications are highly desirable.
