This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Advisor Marketing in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, financial services, and revenue strategy, owning the end-to-end advisor growth engine for a leading consumer-to-advisor marketplace. You will lead the design and execution of scalable, multi-channel B2B marketing programs targeting financial advisors across RIAs, broker-dealers, and hybrid firms. The position requires a highly strategic yet hands-on leader capable of building systems, not just campaigns, in close partnership with sales leadership and GTM engineering. You will shape messaging, segmentation, and acquisition strategy while driving measurable pipeline and revenue impact. This is a high-visibility leadership role where experimentation, automation, and AI-enabled marketing play a central role. You will directly influence how advisors are acquired, nurtured, and converted across the funnel in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the advisor marketing strategy and execution with direct impact on pipeline growth and revenue performance.

  • Own advisor pipeline growth targets and ensure marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue outcomes
  • Develop and refine ICP segmentation across RIAs, broker-dealers, and hybrid financial advisors
  • Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to advisor audiences and buying behaviors
  • Design and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies across paid media, LinkedIn, outbound, and lifecycle marketing
  • Lead end-to-end webinar and virtual event strategy, including co-hosted programs and post-event conversion optimization
  • Build and scale co-marketing and strategic partnership initiatives to expand advisor reach
  • Partner closely with PR and sales teams to amplify customer success stories and improve conversion efficiency
  • Collaborate with GTM engineering to automate workflows and implement AI-driven marketing systems
  • Improve funnel performance across MQL, SQL, and revenue conversion through structured experimentation and optimization

Requirements

You are an experienced B2B marketing leader with deep exposure to financial advisor ecosystems and performance-driven growth environments.

  • 5-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally targeting RIAs, broker-dealers, or fintech audiences
  • Strong understanding of financial advisor psychology, decision-making processes, and sales cycles
  • Proven experience building and scaling performance marketing programs tied directly to pipeline and revenue
  • Expertise in multi-channel marketing including paid acquisition, lifecycle marketing, outbound, and events
  • Experience owning webinar or virtual event programs that generate measurable pipeline impact
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in attribution modeling, funnel optimization, and experimentation
  • High-agency operator comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Systems thinker with a track record of building scalable, repeatable marketing processes
