2-TIMES is an exclusive, invite-only luxury online retailer and private shopping service centered around curated eCommerce and branded content platforms. The company connects a select community of private clients, luxury brands, and contemporary art partners. With headquarters across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, 2-TIMES operates within the dynamic Asia Pacific region. Co-founded by twin brothers Alex and Luke Anton, the company fosters unique relationships between its members and partners within the luxury market.


Candidates must be based in or relocate within proximity of one of 2-TIMES office locations: Hong Kong (Central), Singapore (Rochor), or Melbourne (CBD). Relocation support will be considered depending on experience.


Reporting to the Head of Private Clients, our Private Client Managers are primarily responsible for increasing the spending power of 2-TIMES’ multi-region client lists, engaging with and developing new and existing HNW members across key target regions.


He/She/They will develop highly personalised relationships with clients, both online and in-person at events, from key markets counting Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, UAE/KSA (GCC), and Mainland China — providing one-to-one styling support and a curated eCommerce shopping experience that is totally localized and focuses on upholding the innovative nature of 2-TIMES’ multi-faceted retail model, which comprises luxury fashion, beauty/fragrance, contemporary art, and music.


The Private Client Manager will expertly navigate both data and judgment to quickly assess the independent needs of varying subjects, including special occasions, vendors/products of interest, language needs, time constraints, etc.


Responsibilities

· Nurturing existing clients, reactivating lapsed clients and developing personal relationships with new, high-value prospects, to introduce them to 2-TIMES' private client service.

· Responding to client queries and needs effectively & efficiently, acting in a manner that is equal parts patient and urgent, to deliver excelled results

· Analysing historical information, evaluating input from all department managers and assessing current business trends to develop accurate item forecasts for personalised e-messaging, developing on troubleshooting guides for reoccurring business and styling challenges

· Striving for the continual elevation of imagery utilising 2-TIMES’ visual aesthetic and brand standards, updating style guides as well as other necessary documentation in the styling department

· Collaborate and suggest initiatives and ideas to develop the Private Client business via building strong partnerships across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia HQ’s


Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Fashion Design, Professional Communications, Journalism, Marketing)

· 3+ years experience as a Sales Manager or Personal Stylist – a strong client base is a plus

· Knowledge of luxury brands and the global multi-brand fashion landscape, coupled with a strong interest in garment construction

· Aligned sense of direction regarding market-specific cultural ongoings, with an eye for newness spanning key topics of interest including but not limited to: food & drink, fine art, design, architecture, fashion, entertainment, travel, beauty, etc.

· Web, App and Mac–savviness, with knowledge of Google/Microsoft suites a must. Adobe CC is an asset

· Familiarity with eCommerce solutions and Content Management Systems (CMS) including Salesforce, Contentful, and Sanity

· Experience using project management and communications tools like Notion and Slack are highly regarded

· Written and spoken proficiency in English is a must, with fluency in Korean, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Thai and Arabic required, per respective target region

· Availability to work with international timezones, based on clients needs

· Adaptable to rapid changes, flexible in manoeuvring in an environment with high demands and pressure for sales deliverables

· Likeminded positioning sensibility, with equally strong qualitative and analytical skills

· Quick learner, transparent, and an expert planner who also knows how to prioritise.

· Keen interest in various forms of social media; with a demonstrated knowledge of key social/chat platforms including: WeChat, WhatsApp, Weibo, Douyin, Xiaohongshu (Redbook), Youku, Line, KakaoTalk, etc.

· Ability to foresee future business opportunities and develop metric-driven insights

· Articulate thoughts and ideas clearly and effectively in both written and spoken communication


Salary range: SG $6k–$7k p/m, plus commissions & allowances
