The position blends hands-on campaign execution with operational ownership of marketing systems, including email workflows, social channels, and content publishing.

You will also play a growing role in leveraging AI-powered tools and automation workflows to improve efficiency and scale marketing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, content, or digital operations roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity and willingness to work with AI tools, automation workflows, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365; familiarity with GA4 and scheduling tools is a plus.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
