Technical Business Analyst - Enterprise Data Transformation

We’re partnering with a leading PBM customer that is transforming its enterprise data organisation and investing heavily in a modern, scalable data platform function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Business Analyst who enjoys operating at the intersection of business, data, and engineering, helping enterprise teams turn complex requirements into clear, structured technical delivery.

You’ll play a key role in shaping how data services are delivered across a large shared-service lakehouse environment, working alongside engineering, analytics, architecture, and business leadership teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions

• Partner with data engineers, architects, analytics, and business stakeholders

• Lead requirements gathering and produce key delivery documentation

• Support programme governance, delivery tracking, and dependency management

• Help improve enterprise data operations and shared platform capabilities

Tech & Environment:

• Enterprise Data Lakehouse platforms

• SQL & Analytics environments

• AWS / Cloud ecosystems

• Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)

• Enterprise reporting & shared data services architecture

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in enterprise environments

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience across data, analytics, or platform transformation programmes

• Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively

• Exposure to governance, delivery, and regulated industries (PBM, healthcare, insurance)
