Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a multi-year AI and Generative AI product strategy focused on transforming payment integrity, adjudication workflows, fraud detection, and cost containment operations.
Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), machine learning, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.
Partner with AI, engineering, and data science teams to establish architectural standards, governance frameworks, and scalable deployment strategies for AI technologies in regulated environments.
Oversee the development and optimization of large-scale data pipelines capable of processing structured and unstructured claims, billing, and medical data.
Drive the transition of AI initiatives from proof-of-concept stages into reliable, production-ready enterprise solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, auditability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business, operational, and technical stakeholders to align AI innovation initiatives with strategic goals and measurable business outcomes.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute a multi-year AI and Generative AI product strategy focused on transforming payment integrity, adjudication workflows, fraud detection, and cost containment operations.
  • Lead the design and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs), machine learning, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical product management, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in Generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI-powered workflow automation.
  • Strong background in software engineering, process design, data engineering, or technical architecture with the ability to engage deeply in technical strategy discussions.
  • Demonstrated experience building enterprise AI products supported by large-scale data pipelines and complex data ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of unstructured data processing, claims systems, medical billing workflows, or financial transaction environments.
  • Experience delivering measurable operational improvements and ROI through AI innovation and automation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with regulated industries such as Property & Casualty insurance, healthcare, or fintech, including compliance frameworks such as HIPAA or SOC2.
