We’re hiring a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) to own end-to-end customer rollouts of Karumi: configuring, deploying, and operating our AI agent in real customer environments.

Location: New York, NY (will consider candidates physically in the San Francisco Bay Are and in Madrid, Spain, particularly if open to relocation)

What you’ll do
- Roll out Karumi for new customers: setup, configuration, validation, and ongoing maintenance
- Perform QA and troubleshooting to ensure reliability and a great end-user experience
- Adapt Karumi to different customer workflows, UIs, and edge cases
- Use lightweight scripting/automation to improve internal implementation tools and reduce manual work
- Capture product feedback from hands-on deployments and customer interactions; communicate insights to product/engineering
- Help define best practices for implementing and operating Karumi at scale

What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years in Forward Deployed / Implementation Engineering or solutions engineering
- Engineering mindset: you enjoy debugging systems, finding root causes, and optimizing how things work
- Strong attention to detail and a quality-first approach
- Empathy for users and ability to translate real-world issues into clear product feedback
- BS/MS in CS/Engineering/STEM (or equivalent practical experience)
- Scripting, automation, or coding experience or willingness to learn
- Comfort working directly with customers in technical contexts
- Interest in AI-driven products and real-world deployments
