We’re creating OneState, a mobile Social RolePlay game built in Unity. Our art team is facing ambitious challenges as we develop the project with a realistic approach and high standards for visual quality and technical solutions.

We use modern technologies and tools, continuously refining our pipelines and aiming for the highest level of quality and immersion.

Expectations

What we want to see

• Experience in Photoshop, After Effects, Blender
• Stylistic art compositions (realism)
• Modern problem-solving methods
• Proficiency in 3D software and its application in your work
• Knowledge of proper composition and scene building, composing based on understanding of focal points, image processing

Additionally, it would be great to have

• Hand drawing skills
• Working with monetization UI (promotions, casinos)
• Experience in game monetization
• Use of AI in your work
• Basic understanding of game UX

What you will be doing

• Implementing monetization offers
• Implementing loot boxes on given themes
• Implementing new skins for existing monetization mechanics (roulette, banners)
• Implementing car vinyl effects
• Creating logos for in-game companies/new cities, factions, jobs
• Integrating your implemented content into the game engine
