About the Opportunity

O1DMatch is building a global talent platform designed to connect extraordinary foreign professionals with U.S. opportunities that may support O-1 visa strategies. We work at the intersection of immigration, talent recruitment, sports, entertainment, technology, and elite professional placement.

Our team has worked on talent-based immigration matters involving world-class athletes, entertainers, coaches, executives, founders, and high-performing professionals. Past matters and affiliated work have included athletes and organizations connected to major names and industries such as Canelo Álvarez, Tyson Fury, UFC athletes, international cricket professionals, Olympic-level athletes, professional coaches, sports agencies, and elite entertainment talent.

We are now expanding our international recruiting and operations team and are looking for motivated System Administrators / Technical Recruiting Coordinators in Kenya who can help us identify, organize, and support exceptional talent for U.S. opportunity matching.

What You Will Do

This role is a mix of systems administration, recruiting support, research, and document coordination.

You may help with:

  • Identifying strong international candidates in technology, sports, business, media, entertainment, and other high-performance fields.
  • Organizing candidate information inside internal systems, spreadsheets, CRMs, and talent databases.
  • Helping create structured candidate profiles for O1DMatch.
  • Assisting with employer outreach and opportunity matching.
  • Helping prepare draft interest letters from U.S. companies, agents, sponsors, or project partners.
  • Tracking communications between candidates, employers, and internal team members.
  • Supporting the creation of clean, professional documentation for immigration-related opportunity matching.

Who We Are Looking For

We are especially interested in candidates in Kenya who are organized, ambitious, tech-comfortable, and interested in global talent mobility.

Strong candidates may have experience with:

  • System administration
  • Technical support
  • Recruiting or HR coordination
  • CRM or spreadsheet management
  • Google Workspace
  • Airtable, Notion, HubSpot, or similar tools

  • Candidate sourcing
  • Basic automation tools
  • Document management

You do not need to be an immigration lawyer. However, you must be detail-oriented, professional, reliable, and able to follow structured instructions carefully.
