Network & Infrastructure Security Analyst (AI Training)
About The Role
We partner with the world's leading AI research teams and labs to build and train cutting-edge AI models. Now, we're looking for hands-on infrastructure security professionals to bring real-world expertise to the next generation of AI-driven security systems.
Your knowledge of how enterprise networks fail, how attacks unfold, and how security controls succeed or break down will directly shape how AI understands and reasons about cybersecurity — work that matters at a global scale.

- Analyze network, endpoint, and email security scenarios across modern enterprise environments
- Review firewall, EDR, and infrastructure security cases to determine root causes and failure points
- Classify incidents, misconfigurations, and control failures based on realistic operational data
- Create, label, and validate security training and evaluation datasets used to improve AI systems
- Clearly articulate security issues, attack paths, and business impact in structured formats
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in network, infrastructure, or endpoint security roles
- Solid familiarity with firewalls, EDR platforms, email security, IAM, SIEMs, and enterprise security tooling
- Strong understanding of how real organizations deploy, operate, and maintain security controls
- Ability to explain complex security issues clearly — both technically and in terms of business impact
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working through ambiguous scenarios
